Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At BOOKIP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If our product doesn't meet your needs, we offer a straightforward refund process. This policy applies to all paid plans — Pro and Business.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase or plan upgrade. If you're not satisfied within this period, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

What qualifies
  • First-time purchase of a Pro or Business plan
  • Upgrade from Starter to a paid plan
  • Upgrade from Pro to Business
  • Switch from monthly to annual billing

Annual Subscriptions

If you are on an annual billing cycle, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your billing date. After 30 days, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused months remaining in your subscription period.

Example

If you paid ₱9,990 for an annual Pro plan and cancel after 4 months, you will receive a prorated refund of ₱6,660 (8 unused months × ₱833/month).

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. Monthly payments are not refunded after the 30-day guarantee window, as you continue to have access for the remainder of the period.

Downgrading Your Plan

If you downgrade from a higher plan (e.g., Business to Pro, or Pro to Starter), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then. No partial refund is issued for the current billing period when downgrading.

Free Trial

The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account will automatically revert to the Starter (free) plan. No charges will be made.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the billing date (for monthly plans)
  • Promotional or discounted plans explicitly marked as non-refundable

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect.
